Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn or unused, with all tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

To begin the return or replacement process, please contact us at samifaumar@gmail.com. Returns or replacements must be sent to Gujrat GT Road Warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at samifaumar@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03227162920. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please ensure your item is in its original condition if you wish to return it.

Exchanges

Refunds are not part of our policy. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacements

If the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it with an identical item or a similar one of equal value. Please note that we do not offer refunds—only replacements for faulty or damaged items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your replacement. If your return is approved, we will arrange the replacement to be shipped to you promptly.
